A great opportunity has become available for a Receptionist & General beauty consultant to join our exclusive eyelash extensions beauty salon in Bond Street. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual, as you will be part of the decision-making processes for the shop and be pivotal in its success.

We are looking for someone that will manage every aspect of the reception daily operation. Immaculate presentation is a must and is an important element in the role as the receptionist as well as beauty consultant for the salon.

The successful candidate will deliver treatments of the highest quality; will have very strong client focus along with exceptionally high standards of customer care.

       Title of Position: Receptionist and Beauty consultant for Beauty Salon in London
Reporting line: Business Manager
       Working condition: 09:30 to 19:30 (1 hour lunch time) from Monday to Thursday and 09:30 to 14:00 (Friday)
        Annual Salary: From £14K GBP(Depending on experience) with 20 days paid holidays; 50% discount on all health and beauty treatments and 30 % discount on  salon products.

You must be matured, punctual, reliable person interested in massage, eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments with the following experience.

         MUST HAVE A Minimum of 1year Salon Experience or reception experience in the service industry.
         Confident in beauty treatments
         Fluent English, Numerical and Computer Literate
         Excellent Customer Service Skills and Retail Sales with good telephone manner
         A good team player with a positive attitude
         Self motivated and pro-active
         Valid EU work visa is required

         Reception duty:  

- Booking management to maximise daily revenue
- Managing clients record on salon system and build client relationship by sending a
card, acknowledgement letter and vouchers for special occasions.
- Consulting Products & Salon Treatments
- Stock control and Order processing including sales invoice issue.
- Undertake general administration duty including outbound post, till management
and finance figures on a daily basis.

         Location: James Street in London W1U (1minute from Bond Street Station.)
         Start date: September (negotiable) and 2 weeks training will be given.
